Eligibility for Exchanges

Timeframe: You may request an exchange within 30 days from the date of delivery.

Condition:

  • The jacket must be unused, unworn, and unwashed.
  • All tags and labels must be attached.
  • The item must be returned in its original packaging.

Non-Exchangeable Items:

  • Customized or personalized jackets cannot be exchanged unless they arrive defective.
  • Clearance or final-sale items are non-exchangeable.

Exchange Process

Approval & Return Shipping:

  • Once approved, you will receive return instructions.
  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.

Processing & Shipment:

  • After we receive and inspect the returned item, the exchange will be processed.
  • The new item will be shipped within 3 business days after approval.

Defective or Incorrect Items

If you received a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, we will cover all exchange costs. Please follow these steps:

  • Contact us within 48 hours of receiving the item at support@leatherjacketman.com with photos of the issue.
  • After approval, we will provide a prepaid return label.
  • A replacement jacket will be sent at no additional cost once the returned item is received.

Important Notes

  • First-time size exchanges are free of charge.
  • Exchanges are subject to availability. If your requested item is out of stock, you may choose a different item or request a refund.
  • We reserve the right to refuse exchanges that do not meet our policy conditions.
